Don’t worry its only a jpg. Apple doesn’t have the power to lock our threads.

This has become an all too familiar sight on http://discussions.apple.com. It appears to basically be an attempt to “shut people up” by locking a thread where people are conversing about a problem they are experiencing with an Apple product.

“Search for an answer, post your question, or answer other users’ questions in the Apple Discussions community.”

How are people to answer other people’s questions if they can’t post to the forums?

This type of response from Apple is exactly why appledefects.com was created. Actually, I would like to make a prediction. Apple will remove most topics that include any links to this site.
